TANC members can offer support to newer organizers in their local to help familiarize them with how TANC operates.

We've made this easy with a spreadsheet which is in the airtable that you can get access to by reaching out to the organizer
committee and letting them know you are interested in taking on a mentorship role for one or more newer organizers.

Once you have access to airtable:

Go to "TANC Tasks" - > "Organizer Mentorship" Tab where you will find the spreadsheet.

It is pretty straight forward, you put your name in the left Column

"Organizer : [Your Name]" and the names of the people you are working with underneath yours like in the example, like so:
"Trainee: [Trainee name]"

To the right of the "Name" columns are columns with check boxes, and at the top you will see the specific intro/training.
Once you show them how to respond to emails, for instance, check the box under the "Set up to respond to emails"

Check out the [[Organizing Strategy]] page for links to most of the materials you will need for this process.
Feel free to reach out anyone in a committee if you need help finding anything or if you have any questions, comments, suggestions to make this whole process easier for you.

It is pretty straight forward, you put your name in the left Column
"Organizer : [Your Name]" and in names of the people you are working with underneath yours
