TANC members can offer support to newer organizers in their local to help familiarize them with how TANC operates.

We've made this easy with a spreadsheet which is in the airtable that you can get access to by reaching out to the organizer
committee and letting them know you are interested in taking on a mentorship role for one or more newer organizers.

Once you have access to airtable:

Go to "TANC Tasks" - > "Organizer Mentorship" Tab where you will find the spreadsheet.

It is pretty straight forward, you put your name in the left Column

"Organizer : [Your Name]" and the names of the people you are working with underneath yours like in the example, like so:
"Trainee: [Trainee name]"

To the right of the "Name" columns are columns with check boxes, and at the top you will see the specific intro/training.
Once you show them how to respond to emails, for instance, check the box under the "Set up to respond to emails"
